Are there any big moments in your life that influenced you to make this song? Many of our readings paint a picture and scene of choosing self identity and the. complexity behind being a. chicana woman. Some of our readings have had stories of questioning identity. I was wondering if you have any image or story of sexism or any ism that has influenced you to make empowering music.
