Undocuqueer artivistas using social media is a way to announce their presence, share their stories, and practice resilience. Using social media is a practice of resilience because they can share what they go through, their story, and they can advocate for the change that they want to see. They can also build community and find others that face the same thing, as well, which allows them to take comfort in the fact that they are not alone and have support from a community as they continue to advocate. Using social media is a rejection of social death because it is announcing that they are present and that they cannot be ignored or disregarded. They show that they exist and continue to share their story.
